Spiders – Pest Control, Extermination and Fumigation

Is a Spiders’ bite harmful or hurtful?

Spiders can bite to inject venom in the human skin as a defensive move. The venom of some spiders is more dangerous than others. It is the mature female, whose bite is more more potent than that of the male. Whereas some individuals may not even feel the actual bite but may develop painful skin conditions around the bite area. The skin at the bite area would swell and change color.

SPIDER’S PEST CONTROL:

Insecticide Spray application involves:

  • Deployment of Tempo or Dragnet as the insecticide.
  • The insecticide spray may be Water-Based or of the Emulsion kind. It may be noticeable on the treated surfaces as a thin film of light color while it would not stain. If there is an accidental off-target spray on surface where people or pets would make contact, then it should be cleaned away at the earliest.

  • Spiders are sprayed upon themselves.
  • Spider entry or exit gaps, cracks, and holes in the structure are sprayed.

WHAT WOULD WE DO?

As part of the Spider extermination service, the servicing exterminator would:

  • Listen to residents concerns and inquire upon their observations.
  • Inspect the structure for points of vulnerabilities that may facilitate future infestations.
  • Inspect for conditions that may be helping the Pest to flourish. It will be up to the property owner to act on the recommendations.

HOW SPIDER’S PEST CONTROL WORKS?

Insecticide Spray application affects Spiders by:

  • Spiders directly come into contact with Insecticide spray and/or they come into contact with the surfaces that have been applied with the insecticide.
  • The active agent of the insecticide gets into the biological system of Spiders.
  • An affected pest may also prove to be a source of secondary poisoning for other members.
